If payment fails, we will attempt to collect payment for up to 30 days. If payment cannot be collected, your account may be suspended or terminated, and your pet profiles may become inaccessible.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5.2 Content Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for all content you upload or submit
• You must have the right to use any photos or information you provide
• You grant us a license to use your content to provide our Services
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms

5.3 Pet Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all pet information is accurate and up-to-date. Inaccurate information could delay or prevent successful pet reunification.

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by QRious Paws and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• Website design, software, and technology
• QR code generation and management system
• All proprietary algorithms and processes

6.2 Your Rights

You retain ownership of any content you provide, including pet photos and information. By using our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use your content solely for providing our Services.

6.3 DMCA Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please contact us at dmca@qriouspaws.com.

7.1 Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical issues
• We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions
• Internet connectivity issues may affect service accessibility

7.2 No Guarantee of Pet Recovery

7.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QRIOUS PAWS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Emotional distress or other intangible losses
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid for our Services in the past 12 months

7.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QRious Paws from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

8.1 Data Security

• We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Report any security breaches immediately

8.2 Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. After cancellation, data is retained for 30 days for reactivation purposes, then permanently deleted unless required for legal compliance.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period
• You may delete your account through account settings
• No refunds for partial billing periods

10.2 Dispute Resolution

• Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Naples, Florida

• Small claims court disputes are exempt from this requirement
